Underwriting

Approval Decision
- Once we've completed underwriting, you'll receive documents detailing the approved funding terms including rates, fees, and repayment structure.
Closing and Funding
- Upon acceptance of the offer, we'll contact escrow and finalize lending docs. We can provide funding in as little as 1-3 days from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Valid Purchase and Sale contract.
